He won the title against Spinks, beat Sechew Powell and then beat Spinks again, nothing impressive about that.

Based on what Floyd is rank in this weight class? Lara and Trout have face more legit fighters in the weight class but it seems that people rank based on name and popularity. Like it or not, Cotto beating Foreman it was a legit W against a top 10 LMW. But Rosado recent streak, aside from Soto Karass fight, should be taken in consideration in that weight class.

There is no clear top fighter, just plenty of competition avoiding each other thanks to TR and GBP
