Dude get your facts straight. U r talking out of your ass! But I do agree on the part that the majority of registered voters don't vote. However most of them are minority. Do more research and u will see.

Non-Hispanic White's make up 63.7% of America, there are 12.6% blacks, 4.8% Asians and White Hispanics are 8.7%.

And people saying that more people voting leads to more democracy are right, not only that there is a correlation between the higher % of people that vote the higher the standard of living in that country. America had only 42% of it's registered population vote and sat at 23rd n the Human development Index (when adjusting for inequality) Countries like Norway (76% voted) Australia (93% voted) Sweden (84% voted) and the Netherlands (75% voted) are in the top 4 countries under the HDI.

These countries voters actually believe their vote counts (and it does) why is that not the same in America?

A bit off topic, but visiting the United States, I found out it is unique in that every area is like a different world.

What I mean is this.
For most of the top California Universities like UCLA, UC-DAVIS,
UC-IRVINE, UC-SAN DIEGO,UC-Berkeley it's an Asian Majority with a White Minority. I went there and also looked up the stats, it's pretty shocking to see top schools in California with like 40-50% Asian.

In many cities of Texas and California, it's a Mexican majority. Arizonia is becoming this way too.

In the south, there are a bunch of all black or mostly black colleges.


In the Mid-West it's literally all American Whites with an totally different culture.

I realize even the American Whites have shockingly different life styles say someone from Utah and someone from Boston or New York, just totally different.


I bring this up to illustrate America is a pretty accepting country.

Countries like Russia or China would never have let a large amount of top schools in certain 'state areas' have more foreigners than natives so to speak.

And they certainly won't have 'all black colleges' either.

This was good for some laughs first thing in the morning!

Also the people in America feel their vote doesn't count because the popular vote(the people's vote) doesn't actually elect the president. The electoral college actually elects the president. Electoral college votes are supposed to go to the canidate who wins the popular vote in that state. But there is no law stating that electoral college votes must go to said popular vote winner. So in essence the people's vote actually means nothing but the opinion of the people.

I personally like Don King. The man is no saint just like nobody in the world is. There are many promoters who have done what King has done and some have even done worse. Thing is none of them are villified and spoken about with the disgust and disdain that King is. I wonder why?
