I dont understand why they dont make the witter fight - i'd have absolutely no problem taking that fight for him if I was his promoter. I've seen Witter fight live a couple of times, including that win over Kotelnik, and he's not as good as he thinks. Cotto would TKO him in about 10 ish, or maybe on points. And he'd get more Kudos beating Witter than beating someone that Witter beat, surely. Having said that, I was astounded when Witter's hand was raised at the end of the Kotelnik fight.
