    in terms of conditioning, would a fighters legs

    be the number 1 area to be worked on?

    forget biceps shoulders chest etc this is fighting

    i think leg conditioning is crucial

    what u guys think

    And what do you think boxers fight with? You need shoulder stamina to be able to throw punches for 12 rounds. This should be the #1 priority IMO.
