Chad Dawson looked his best when Mayweather Sr. was his trainer. I think he can add a lot to what Dirrell already does well.

But he can't teach toughness and grit. Dirrell has to develop that on his own.

Dirrell you need to fight man. Probably top 3 of the most talented fighters going right now. Unless you stay active you're never going to overcome your weaknesses.
