Is DeMarco that good? I just remember him getting sonned by Valero.

his decent, plus south paw and tougher then anyone he faced since Ponce (who most feel he lost too). Also he is the legit champion at 135 so should be a good fight, Every indicator will suggest it will be.

The thing with DeMarco is that he has a determination factor, he won't fold up under pressure. He has a pretty good height advantage and Broner is a sucker for the jab (DeMarco's straight left in this case).

I'm not saying that DeMarco is going to school Broner, I think he will lose a few of the early rounds and then start to pressure after the 3rd or 4th round. I can see Broner tiring out a bit and loosening up on his defense as the fight progresses. If DeMarco stuns Broner, he will attack and I just think that Broner's mentality and personality will allow him to crack if he can't put the other guy away. Especially if DeMarco gets to him and chases him down....Broner has a showboat mindset and if he can't do that he is off his game already.

Broner has a very predictable gait as well when moving forward, he moves n a straight line and "rocks" from back to front when taking steps.....some planned feinting and timed shots during some points of his movements could open Broner's defense up.

Tony's will and determination should push Broner out of his comfort zone. Maybe not but Broner is fighting a bigger, more experienced, more confident boxer than he is accustomed to facing.

i dont think demarco has anything up his sleeve. he is just that. your tough, hard-nosed guy. so I think it's left to how broner should put him away, or have problems in doing so.

Decent matchup but i dont see 50/50 at all. For me its Broner. I think he is a serious talent but in boxing you never know. Two weekends in a row of great fights! Im excited!

Curious to see how Broner holds up against fighting a bigger fighter than he's used to.

Have people changed their minds yet? I remember everybody hyping DeMarco up, saying Broner should fight him, and thought he was going to duck him. The fight got signed and people still think DeMarco is a very good fighter which is weird. I hope it stays like that.

Broner by TKO or wide UD, but leaning towards TKO.

Broner has to much talent for Demarco. I give him 5 rounds and he's out

It should be a close fight.............remember, Valero had a very high activity rate and attacked in flurries. Broner throws one or two punches at a time and has a very low workrate. DeMarco has faced the much tougher competition between the two guys as well.....can't see Broner having an "easy night" as many posters are claiming.

The Broner hype is having people think the guy is the next SRR or something....I'm not on the bandwagon.
Bingo!! Demarco has been to hell and back fighting that monster valero. I truly believe that fight made Demarco 10x better. People will be surprised how competitive this fight is gonna be. Demarco is going to give broner hell. i do favor broner but will not be surprised if demarco pulls it off.

Valero was a ****in beast and his style was completely different from broners. Demarco was just overwhelmed by Valero's workrate and power. Broner doesn't bring that kind of fire power and intensity, He fights more in a controlled pace and this will make demarco more comfortable. Cant wait for that one.
