From what Khan said I'm really excited to see his new style. I think Virgil can really improve his fundamentals but whether Khan is comfortable with this remains to be seen.

One thing which is a bad sign for Khan from that video - he claims that Garcia didn't know where that knock down shot was going to land, like it was a lucky, close your eyes and swing for the fences shot.

Khan couldn't be more wrong about that. It's because Khan was so predictable, throwing the same combos from the same position that Garcia was able to time him so early on. That was just as much Khan's own poor boxing (in that fight) as it was Garcia's great timing. Definitely wasn't a lucky shot and if Khan is denying that now, it means he hasn't fully accepted his technical deficiencies. Bad sign.

I agree, Khan has a very big ego and it's part of his problem. He always has an excuse for something and he thinks he is bigger than life. You notice he indirectly blames Roach by saying that Roach gives him no insight and just catches punches with the pads which I'm sure is not the case.

He is propping Hunter up now but if he loses again, it will be something Hunter didn't do correctly. He has to be humble now but you can see he is dying to hype himself up just below the surface.

Maybe he will change but I see him continuing to fight the same way as he always has regardless of what Hunter tries to teach him.

i agree with alot of you in saying that amir seems a bit bitter over the whole freddie incident. You can tell he is making jabs at him via that whole holding mitt comment. My thing is, amir says he will try to be a smarter fighter, be more calm and intelligent but I do not think he has the ability to process information nor adapt in the way that andre ward does.

Khan can talk about how he want's to be Mayweather and Ward all he wants by saying he is a smart fighter and how he will think more etc but he never will be a smart fighter. The reason for that is he is ****** as ****. The guy can barely get his words out correctly. He is thick as ****.
