Why was the David Tua vs Calvin Brock fight cancelled?

Does anybody know why this fight was cancelled? This seems to be the current trend in the heavyweight division, it's also unfortunate because it would of give an indication of how good Brock was, and how far Tua has fallen.

Tua isn't ready for this fight, and it would have been ****** for him to take the fight because he would have been schooled. He couldn't hit that last stiff he fought, Brock would have boxed circles around him.

Tua should hang them up, he's done.

Yeah but to be fair, he was out for two years which is huge, he got almost the maximum number of rounds under his belt and still managed to win, and he's still only 32. I don't think it's totally lost for him yet, but he does need to improve greatly.

Yes, but it was his own fault he sat out with that promotional dispute, and he's a guy that lives and dies throing 60 -80 punces a round.

The chances of him getting in the necessary shape to do that is very unlikely.

He didn't just look rusty in his last fight, he looked clueless.
