If floyd was going to leave haymond, why would he not just do it on his own?

Where exactly does he need the help of 50 cent of all people to do this?


Say he pays haymond 10%, just for example, what is he going to split with haymond and pay 50 cent 5% and this way make more money? what value or experience does 50 cent even offer.

Floyd has been trying to get rid of Haymon, not to mention GBP so he can rake in all the money. Not too long ago he was with Don King to look for answers. He didn't get it obviously.

Floyd confides this to 50. It resulted in TMT being formed. When it came time for 50 to execute the plan, Floyd chickened out and to make matters worse, he made it appear he has nothing to do with it. Fifty of course felt betrayed. You could see these people's friendship will never be restored.

50 cent is a rapper with no experience in promotions. Floyd could leave haymond on his own without 50 cent. He would still need to pay lawyers and accountants and the like. But what is he going to pay 50 cent for when he is useless.
