Don't you know PBF and his team saw the video of Manny after the Morales fight blame his loss on get a blood test right before the fight. It doesn't matter that before that interview Manny said he lost because of his socks and then changed it to his gloves. The fact remains all of those are the reasons Manny lost and it is the main reason PBF and team knew Manny would say no to extra drug testing its common sense!!!
