You really think that is the WW rankings from 2008 when Pac moved up to WW? I'm sure since 2008, Pac has had plenty of options and time to at least fight a top 3 WW, let alone a WW Champion. We won't even mention JMW.

Where is this special weight concern with Pac selecting guys JMM III, Bradley , JMM IV and if Bob has his way Pac vs Rios? Again, if Pac is a WW why is he not fighting WW's? If he wants to fight guys that are not at WW, why is he not moving up or down and challenging them at their best weight?
