The rematch has been set. Former WBA flyweight champion Luis "El Nica" Concepcion (26-3, 20KOs) will face Pablo Carillo (9-1-1, 4KOs) on November 22nd at the Arena Robert Duran in Panama. The fight has been agreed to take place at 112-pounds over ten rounds. They previously met on September 1, but at 115-pounds, and Concepcion won an eight round unanimous decision.
