Edwin Valero has no notable wins other than Demarco and when Broner destroys him its not going to look so impressive.

Valero would most likely have been schooled by Peterson who he was scheduled to fight before his death, forget Pac or any proven world class fighter at 140 and up.

That doesn't mean anything... Its not like Valero had any kind of trouble with Demarco, who's proven to be a pretty damn good fighter... If Broner has just as easy a time with Demarco (which is beyond debatable) that just means that Valero and Broner are better than Demarco... Nothing more
