Cause in both cases, they were contamination. Morales more so than Berto (Mainly because I think he took more tests) I think Berto's fight was cancelled because it was still 2 weeks before the fight actually took place. Morales was accused the day of the final presser/pre weigh in.

Not only that but Morales was cleared by USADA the night of the fight. Not to mention Garcia's team had the choice to go through with it or not. Morales isn't a cheater just because people aren't educated on what certain things do. It wasn't like he came in stronger or anything. Not like it mattered anyway considering what happened.

Berto isn't a cheater either. At least not to me. Contamination makes sense, the testing agency cleared him too but it was already way after the fight was cancelled.
