The World Boxing Organization has initiated the 30 day negotiations period for a deal to be reached between WBO super flyweight champion Omar Narvaez (37-1-2, 20KOs) and unbeaten mandatory challenger Daniel Rosas (14-0-1, 9KOs). Narvaez has never lost at super flyweight. The only blemish on his record came last year, when he moved up to bantamweight to challenge Nonito Donaire. Narvaez lost a one-sided twelve round decision.
