I think BHop and Marquez would be great but Andre Ward to me seems like a much better choice. He may not have the experience as both of them yet but he's intelligent as well and seems to be a better communicator than them two. My 2c.

he can relate to anyone and knows the ins and out all around intangibles to get it done not only In the ring but more importantly for some of these guys out of the ring..patience, teaching ability and father figure.
