    If you want, create special Boxing league for disabled people, but you should always have 2 legs 2 hands/arms to be a Boxer, anything else is just a circus act/media attention to feel sympathetic to people.
    He has 2 arms and 2 legs, it's just he has a deformed fist on the one hand which doesn't affect his ability to wear gloves. It gives him no advantage and doesn't really pose any danger to his opponents or himself.

    Once he steps into that ring you wouldn't have any idea about his disability.
