Citing issues with making the weight, Moises Fuentes (16-1, 8KOs) has vacated the WBO's 105-pound title and plans to move up in weight to challenge WBO junior flyweight champion Donnie Nietes (30-1, 16KOs). The World Boxing Organization has now made Fuentes the mandatory challenger to Nietes' championship. The WBO has given their respective promoters 30 days to reach an agreement before a purse bid is ordered.
