BoxingScene.com has been advised that WBC interim-welterweight champion Robert Guerrero (30-1-1, 18KOs) is dedicating his upcoming title defense to Hall of Fame trainer Emanuel Steward, who passed away on Thursday at the age of 68.

Guerrero is scheduled to face the most dangerous opponent of his entire career, former two-time welterweight champion Andre Berto (28-1, 22KOs).

The HBO televised fight is taking place on November 24th at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, California.

we saw what berto did in the fight with gutless victor ortiz and yet guerrero is getting bashed, lol;, berto lost while using peds yet hes the favorite, berto got dropped by nonames and hes the favorite, makes no sense

it dont matter, berto is even more of a attention whore and i dont know how the **** hes getting a shot to fight guerrero, l;ol;, bertos career has been a downward spiral; yet hes the favorite, berto tal;ks like hes a new fighter, he shoul;d be humble instead of acting like hes actually achieved something guerrero hasnt done much but hes not on a downward spiral;l;ing career either

Guerrero certainly likes to get his name out there but the he seems like a genuine nice guy so I cant really vilify him for this.
