        Yeah 154 is perfect weight for him at this point in his career. He forgets about the weight and puts his whole focus on the task at hand.

          With Diaz actually making numerous game plans, he's far more prepared for fights now than at any point in his career, game plan wise and with the high altitude and renewed dedication to training, physically as well.
