Best Atmosphere In USA With Non US Fighters

Just re-watching the fight between Ricky Hatton & Jose Castillo & have to say this is the best atmosphere I've seen in a US bout with neither fighter come from America.

The only other fights I can think of are Barrera v Morales. I remember watching Hamed v Wayne McCulloch but I was well drink in Nassau so it's very very hazy.

Any others?

When PR vs Mexico clash in a big fight! It's on! Best atmosphere to be around! I went to both Cotto-Margarito fights. Classic! Cotto vs Manny just didnt have that same fight atmosphere that Mexican fans bring.

well, Mexican fighters are pretty much adopted by america, so i wouldn't consider them on "foreign" territory. most of their fans are here and we're right above them.

Just recently Chavez Jr.-Martinez was a good crowd, JR just didn't give people enough to cheer about, but the 12th was an all timer.

Pacquiao-Morales matchups. I was at the I and III...and by the time the 3rd fight rolled around Pacamania was really getting going and his fans were starting to get crazy

I always wanted Cotto vs Hatton at the Garden or in Yankee Stadium. I thought that would've been great from the weigh in all the way until fight night!
