Guerrero drove all the way from Gilroy to Oakland to approach Broner about a fight and NO ONE just sends a contract without sitting down to negotiate...anyone who has been around Boxing on a business level knows this.

yeah I mean lets be real fellas. These guys are both worth a million each and neither are gangsters. Did broner think guerrero was going to punch him in public with cameras around and risk his future? Risk his cash cow? This isn't the wild wild west or the 1950's anymore and people press charges nowadays. And when you say he's in guerrero's city, does anyone honestly think broner was going to get stomped out by the whole west coast? When's the last time you saw that happen to a boxer?
Broner was probably fluxed bc boxers promote themselves often and in person act another way, as evidenced by the love shown bw fighters after fights, and Broner probably thought guerrero would follow in that manner. When he realized guerrero wouldnt he moved along no fear, no nerves these guys are professionals that are trying to get a fight.
