Comments Thread For: Pacquiao Beats Down Sparring Partner, Makes Him Quit

"Fighter of the Decade" Manny Pacquiao hammered his sparring partner, welterweight Anthony "Rocky" Marcial, in his first session and forced Marcial to quit.

Pacquiao's friend since his amateur days in General Santos City told BoxingScene.com/Manila Standard that Pacquiao has been training diligently every day, joging in the mornings and working out at his gym in the afternoons with childhood friend Restituto "Buboy" Fernandez, and also playing basketball to help improve his physical condition.

Fact remains that Pacquiao ducked Timothy Bradley. He couldnt beat Bradley who had 2 broken feet and he knew a fully fit Bradley would comatose his a#ss.

Pacquiao should be motivated because Marquez is and still will be one of his hardest opponents I think he'll be ready.

I wouldn't expect anything else than for him to stop an out of shape sparring partner. Come fight night we all know it will be a close points decision either way.

                    Why is this news?

I want to hear about him doing that on Dec 8th against JMM not against some out shape untested welterweight in sparring.
