Saturday night was depressing for any real boxing fan another great warrior who stayed too long kinda reminded me when marciano put louis out of the ring just seeing him on his back like that I wish him well. I think no need for one more fight should say good bye now to the sport.

Hated to see Morales go down like that. Definitely needs to hang them up.

dude, you need to watch boxing and stop talking about it. Morales unlike many of the older guys fighting now still take on prime champs not just named fighters. You not knowing if Morales was any good at any point makes you a fool. Not every fighters plays it safe because they got older. Like Mayweather for instance. Yes he fought Cotto but Cotto has been blown out twice in recent years. Garcia seems to be the real deal and is #1 at 140 the old way by fighting and not negotiating.

What I find sad is that the reason Morales started his comeback is that he found life outside the ring depressing and meaningless, and he said that fighting was the only thing that made him feel happy. Instead of sorting that out he went back to boxing, which just postponed the problem. Is he going to be one of the many ATGs who spend the rest of their lives after retirement living on memories of their past and hating their present? I hope not, but I am not optimistic.

Hey BobGyro.....El Dimwit, U would probably Judge the Great Ali,
and Joe Louis, on their fights with Holmes and Marciano...
to answer your ****** question, Morales was one of the Greatest
              of his Generation!!!

Pay no attention to the troll, kids. He's been banned several times already, and this is just his latest account.

                He'll be dealt with shortly.

That fight broke my ****ing heart. It needed to happen I guess, to finally force the great one to call it a career, but Jesus...Now I have to go and dislike Garcia for no reason for the rest of his career. It kills me knowing what Erik WAS and what he would have done to a fighter like Garcia in his prime (in my opinion.) Just ****ing sad...
