    Ruiz, Stone part ways!

    Ruiz, Stone part ways!
Former heavyweight champion John Ruiz has severed ties with longtime manager Norman "Stoney" Stone. According to the Boston Herald, Stone's repeated confrontations and outbursts disrupted the Ruiz camp in the days before the Quietman's fight with Nicolay Valuev and have caused an irrepairable rift with other members of Team Ruiz. Things got so bad that Ruiz allegedly threatened to leave Germany before the fight. There will reportedly be an announcement coming soon that Stone is retiring.

Ruiz is blaming his demise on Stoney! AH, HA HA HAAAAAAAAA!

Poor Stoney. He was looking out for his one and only known fighter. Albeit with no class and no dignity.

So are you saying Stoney is a failure, or Ruiz is? Because I'm willing to meet you halfway, and say a little bit of both.

a ****load of both. It is one thing for a manager or whatever the **** Stoney thought he was to defend a good fighter, it is another for him to defend John Ruiz. And that *** just showed his ass every chance he got. He's been BEGGING for someone to beat him down.

Yeah, I agree. I think Stoney made an ass of himself on many occasions, and Ruiz was a paper champion anyways, thank god, finally he got beat, and it wasn't because of the steroids. Golota beat him, Toney beat him, but finally, Valuev beat him and there's nothing he can do about it, great day for boxing.

Ruiz should retire now, half of his followers were watching Stone making an ass of himself, that was much more entertaining than Ruiz's fights.
