People are still claiming he"just throws the punch and hopes it lands" his left hooks are well timed and accurate

Is not a lucky shot at all since Garcia has proven to be great a countering with that punch. I think Garcia is still learning and getting better. Those two fights with Morales will help since that **** was like going to school with a master and learning some new tricks.

lucky shot lmao you guys make me laugh... just because his eyes aren't on the left hook his throwing doesn't mean his throwing it blindly. Those sort of exchanges are very dangerous for both parties which is why you see a guy like Garcia put his chin and consequently and his head so low. You're delusional if you think Garcia didn't know where that punch was aiming at.

There is no such thing as a lucky shot. Garcia is a good fighter, shame his father is a piece of trash.

Hurt to see Morales go out like that, he should have called it quits about 10 years ago. His body was so soft, he looked like he was stuck in concrete....but hey, father time is undefeated.

yes it was another lucky punch. the only reason morales got hit was because he didn't see the khan fight.

It was going to connect sooner or later, if you can't avoid that punch or take it from Garcia a guy will have real issues with him. On the flip side if a guy can take that punch or take it away Garcia will likely have a real problem on his hands.
Garcia has to continue working on his straight right, and that would make him a very formidable foe against everyone at 140. He can't always rely on looping shots to get the job done. His left hook is a beauty though.

Indeed to maximize the left hook you need both a jab and a straight right, if a guy can throw those three punches good it is very hard to sit on any of the three as they all compliment each other.

His left hook is very nice and to me a properly thrown hook is the prettiest punch in boxing but if a guy falls in love with his hook while neglecting straight punches that will always come back to haunt them.

Most Khan fans are brits, and most brits are delusional wankers who dont know **** about boxing. I wouldnt pay attention to what the average khan fan has to say.

I label Garcia as a "counter-****er", his knack for throwing hooks and overhand rights as leads and counters is unusual. He has the patience/timing of a counter-puncher and the power/confidence/eagerness to exchange of a slugger. He doesn't have an educated jab or right hand, but those are things that can still be developed. He's continued to improve with every performance. He didn't get reckless and wild like he did against Khan, allowed the fight to play itself out and took advantage. I really enjoy watching Garcia as he puts in work. He is beatable, but he has several qualities that I want in a fighter.

I'd pick Lucas over Garcia, but it's very possible that he could win in impressive fashion.
