A lot of the rounds were close, anyone who thinks either guy won it clearly is biased.
Showtime stressed it was close and 2 of the 3 judges thought it was too. Even if you had Cano winning a close fight. you have to admit most of the rounds were close and could have gone either way.
That's why outside of a select few like yourself, most saw it as a close fight?
When a fight is close it could go either way thus not a robbery. But keep
Actually not really... Alot of people thought Cano won.. No one is crying, im just "one of the selected few" boxing fans that think you shouldnt win a fight slap boxing the whole fight and call it "controlling it"... Cano looked sloppy, but he was doing very good in jabbing the "jabber", and he was giving Paulie some nasty power hits... yet he loses? i dont see the logic in that... oh wait, and he knocks him down... what did paulie do to even get a close fight.. no disrespect, just stating facts... after this comment im not going to respond anymore cuz i can already tell how much your reply is worth.. that is all
Cano deserved the victory in the close fight. I scored 115-113 in favor of the mex (of course the judge who had Cano ahead on 8 points was wrong). Cano not only landed often but also the more significant punches. I also believe Malignaggi was hurt after the knockdown as he had to hold to Cano to finish the round. If the fight had happened outside of Brooklin (Paul's turf), we would have not seen the home decision favoring Paul. Anyway I think it was a poor home coming for Malignaggi and he knows it.
Magic man pulled it out. But for that cut and Pauline trying to exploit it, his early gameplan was effective but abandoned to aim at the eye. He did enough to win and fuick Cano for not makin weight.unprofessional.

Dude, what I am trying to say is most people thought it was a close fight even if they thought Cano won. If it's a close fight you can't really b!tch about the score too much because that usually means a few rounds could have gone either way which was the case in this fight.
As for how could Paulie win with the KD? Well that would be simple he won three more rounds to make up for the KD, something that is possible with how close most of the middle rounds were.
