Regardless of the controversial decision or whatever, I see this fight as Joppy's last hurrah. Sure, Eastman finished strong, but those first six rounds were a Joppy boxing lesson.

It was a very close fight i had Eastman just winning, cant remember what score i had it.
I remember thinking to myself at the time if eastman just upped his workrate he would have won more of the close rounds, Eastman has got to be one of the most Frustrating boxers ever, he didn't start boxing til round 6 and this was a world title fight.

Does any of you think Eastman can get another title shot? lost a very close decision to Abraham in his last fight, which doesn't look to bad, after what abraham did to ikeke. The problem with Eastman is he just doesn't throw enough punches.

Eastman is getting old man, i could see him fighting masoe or sturm. Maybe a rematch with Abraham. But i do not expect to see him fighting in the states any time soon, and a fight with jermain would not be wise.

well it all comes down to promotion power bro........he is one of the best middleweights of recent times not to become champ.......and this more because of bad decisions....in my true honest opinion, HE WON that fight against Abraham. I like Abraham a lot, but that fight was 100% a victory for Eastman......but that is what happens in Germany, hence my words about promotional power.
