wladimir almost certainly never throws his "hardest" right hand anywhere but the gym. he hardly uncorks the thing in his fights, and when he does it is cautiously, and with a lot of steam taken off of it so he's able to remain at long range.
lewis was much more of an aggressor. he'd make things happen. if he got hit hard he'd come back.
emanuel steward holds the mitts. we do not. that's where you're really going to find out. is he telling the truth becomes the question.
they're on the same level in terms of their power. lewis is the "better puncher" in my eyes, because he actaully threw the thing.
huge and athletic guys with shoulders that are six feet off of the ground, and 80 + inches of reach, can generally punch hard with the right hand if the target is far enough away.
