It's simply not feasible as the sport is so corrupt and also, judging scoring is a subjective process anyway and you can't have millions dependent on that.

Given how unreliable judges are and how every fight involving Pacquaio (Bob Arum...) seems to involve a screwed up decision why would he agree to 70 - 30 winner banks?

If Manny wants to prove to the world that he is clean and he is absolutely willing to undergo OST tests and that is NOT the reason why the fight is not being made, then why not do that against Mosley,Marquez,Bradley and Marquez again.

Well he says yes to one thing then says no to the split? He says Yes to testing and Yes to Floyd having the bigger split, but he's already fighting Marquez. He can fight Floyd after Marquez, but he is already booked for April while Floyd has WrestleMania. Pacquiao goes on ESPN and says he is willing to give Floyd the bigger split, the next Koncz says no it's 55/45 for the winner. It's REALLY hard to believe things that come from Manny's mouth when it almost always different then what his promoter and adviser says.

There is ALOT of talk that comes from Manny's side, but not a whole lot of action?
