I think he would deserve credit...... Even though it would happen wouldn't want to see Haye-Wlad again

Depending on actual fight if it ever happen.

Would Vitali look obviously slowed down and different from his previous fights than NO. But if Haye beats a decent version of Vitali than I would give him credit.

Same as Povetkin got ZERO props for beating Rahman. But if Rahman showed up in a better shape he would get some credit for that.

Does Trevor Berbick deserve any props for beating an age 39 Muhammed Ali?

Sure it would be his best win at heavy easily but depending on how Vitali looks it might have to be tempered because Vitali has been showing his age recently.

Still Vitali is no worse than second best at heavy currently so even if Vitali is faded Haye would still deserve his fair share of props.

Exactly!! Just like Larry Holmes getting credit for beating Ali a fight or two before that.

They don't give Oscar credit for beating Whitaker/Chavez, Marciano for beating Joe Louis/Moore, Pacquiao for beating Oscar/Mosley etc.

Your hero David Haye is a coward.

He didn't want to face Vitali in 2009 when he was age 38 and still very good, and backed out of the verbal agreement he had with K-2 and HBO for the September fight. Vitali fought Arreola instead.

Now that Haye have seen that Vitali, now age 41, has finally faded in his past two fights, NOW he wants the fight, and so do his de****able fanboys.

you make very fair points but beating Haye would still be Vitali's best win. Its probably the best fight in the division other than wlad/vitali which isn't happeneing.
