Not sure how their rankings work, but they seem pretty good. Not sure if these are lineal titles, but they seem to be a credible successor to the ring from the look of these ratings

Some good reporters on the list including Rold and Donovan from boxingscene. It could be that the site is some sort of follwup to cyberboxingzone that hasnt been udpantede for ages.

So its looking good.
