They have a long way to go to be at the level of Pacquiao and Mayweather. I don't think they will make it. Broner vs. Rios at 140 is a good fight if Broner looks good against Demarco. Broner is just as big as Rios. Broner has a powerful build with no extra fat at all. I would pick Broner because I don't think Rios can take that power for 12 rounds but Rios might get to Broner with his relentless atack. I think Broner has the potential to go much farther than Rios if he trains hard and his chin is good. Broner is much younger with years to improve. Rios might be prime right now but he might improve his boxing skills.
