I'm not sure if he has the fire anymore to be a fighter. he's got so much else going on that it could be easy for him to get distracted. I think he should just retire honestly and run his company.
Does anyone think Oscar has anything left

I don't think he does. I think he knows he has the skill to beat Mayorga, but I highly doubt he even goes after Wright. Honestly, Oscar is a ****ing coward if he doesn't fight Wright. Wright easily beat two of the only three men to ever beat De La Hoya. If Oscar wins that one, he really vindicates the losses to Mosley and Trinidad, even though I felt Oscar won those fights anyway. Oscar-Wright makes all the sense in the world, but Oscar is too much of a coward to do it. -

Duh, little girl. In the boxing world, there are cowards, and Oscar is one of them. But compared to your average man, no, Oscar isn't a coward.Originally posted by GodzHandNo boxer is a coward.Comment

Any man that steps in that ring and boxes for a living is not a coward, Oscar may not want to fight Winky, that doesnt make him a coward. He must not think he can beat Winky, if he doesnt want to fight him.Comment

Oscar needs to decide if he wants to seriously go after one more big fight (Winky Wright) or not!
If he does want to finsih with Wright then he needs to fight 3 times in 1 year and the 3rd figfht needs to be against a marquee guy like Winky and the first two need to be fights that hone his skills and more importantly his stamina.
Oscar will not win a big big fight unless he gets active (whihc is not going to happen) this 1 fight every year and a half **** is not working and he will contiunue to lose if this is his strategy.
I love Oscar to death and from one of his biggest admirers he either needs to get real active real quick which should ultimately lead to a superfight or he needs to focus in on his promotional company which by the way is going to bring this sport of ours 1 day back on network televsion.Comment

THE VERY DEFINITION OF A COWARD. CAN YOU NOT READ?! I just said boxers aren't cowards compared to your average individual but in boxing there are cowards relevant to other boxers. If you refuse to accept a fight that could end your career on the best note possible because you don't think you can win, YOU ARE A COWARD.Originally posted by GodzHandAny man that steps in that ring and boxes for a living is not a coward, Oscar may not want to fight Winky, that doesnt make him a coward. I wouldn't expect anything less from you, though, being a Wladimir Klitschko fan. Oohhhhhhh SNAPComment
