Funny how he says this after Sulaiman made his "No IBF/WBO" thing the other night. Is this the start of another conflict?

In saying that Donaire would beat the reigning WBO champ at 126 easily, he's saying that the WBO practically represent Donaire. Wonder how Sulaiman will react.

    Oh well, screw the WBC

This is how I would move Donaire along if I was Top Rank

Face Rigo next then move up to 126 and take on Orlando Salido after that go against Juanma, Garcia, and 2 other top 10 featherweights.

Let Rigo and Mares fights each other and the winner will square off with Donaire.
        Donaire is the next Pacman.

He's really good, but he'll never be a big draw though. Unless Manny retires and those fans truly just turn to Donaire because he's from the same country.

I have a lot of respect for Donaire. Especially after his stance on voluntary year round testing. That is great for the sport.

Donaire only wants aging world champs. Next up is another small, aging champ whom's style is tailor-made. Then move up in weight to challenge another brawler in Salido.
