Donaire ducking Rigondeaux

I can't believe Donaire is ducking Rigondeaux. I'm a Rigo fan but I think Donaire will beat him based on his size; however, Donaire is still making excuses to prevent the fight. He said Rigo needs more fights, but I thought Donaire wanted to unify all the belts. Donaire just took out a legitimate champion, why is he avoiding Rigo?
