                                Fat, at a low % can be very bad for you. You also lose water. Audley was very ripped.

                                        audley was ripped because he trained like a madman as he felt he had something to prove - which he obviously did after a absolutely disastrous pro career. he proved tonight that even after being in prime condition (for a 40yo) he is just crap
