Word is that there is a fight being negotiated between Andre Ward and Kelly Pavlik for Feb 2013. Link to the full article.
Honestly, I like Kelly and I would like to see him be a world champion again, but IMO, Ward would smoke him out. If Pavlik is taking the fight for money, then I understand. But if he's trying to join the list of top fighters again, this isn't the right fight for him. If I were his manager, I'd try and get him a fight with Carl Froch instead. I don't know if he could beat him, but I think it would be a more back and forth fight that would give both fighters praise, win or lose.
