The people on this thread have a low standard for "healthy."

Rios, as always, looks terrible. Just slightly better than normal. His waist is the same size and his chest and bigger than his shoulders.

As long as he refuses to lose weight properly he will always look like this no matter the weight class.

Of course he will probably still be a beast as usual, except for his last fight, though he's no lock to win at all. Imagine how strong he'd be if he actually gained muscle moving up instead of now where he is more than likely just not having to lose as much fat and muscle as he usually does?

I like watching both of these guys, so may the best man win. It's such a great match up.

Exactly what I see on Rios, he looks terrible but better that his last fight.

He does. Alavarado on the other hand looks thick, solid, and tight.

Glad Rios isn't looking like Skeletor, like he usually does. As somebody mentioned earlier, he does look soft around the midsection...look out for those body shots.

                  Cant wait!

I'm really excited for Rios v Alvarado. Everyone goes on about this being a Gatti v Ward type fight, and while that's what all fight fans dream of, this actually has the potential to come close. I've been really impressed with Alvarado's heart and power in his recent fights and would like to see him win. Whatever the result, it's sure to be brawl.

Somebody needs to get Rios on a resistance program. Dude looks skinny fat. There's no way he should be looking as drained as he is to make these weights with a flabby mid section. He needs to put on some muscle if he's gonna keep moving up in weight or else he's just gonna be chubby.
