    If you can, get your hands on Jack Dempsey's instructional book (I don't recall what it's called), it's a very informative read.

    I'm not just nuhuggin here. Really, it's a good book.

      I have one ... "fightin tough" or somethin like that. I don't think it's the one you're talkin about. It's kinda pricey, right?

      I'll double check the one I've got. It's pretty thin and not that impressive to me.

      I was thinkin more along the lines of videos/dvd's. Weldon, House, Pac's trainer(I know ... my brain's fried ... I can see that ****er clear as day but can't come up with his name right now.) FREDDIE ROACH, G-D IT!

      Anyways, if anyone has seen one and feels strongly about it I'm listening. Please, don't just google "boxing" on amazon.com. I am interested in you guy's impressions if you have any. Not the producers of those instructionals or their buddies thinly veiled sales pitches.
