how come the rankings have floyd at #1? are you really going to reward ducking? what's the point then? pac clearly has the better welter resume anyway but he will never be able to surpass the guy who won't fight him. why are cotto, mayweather and alvarez 3 of the top 4? what's that based on? fantasy points?

They have Floyd #1 at 147 AND 154 wtf? They just copied the RING's rankings and flip flopped them.

At junior middleweight, the rankings are calling for Floyd and Cotto to fight each other. But they just fought a few months ago.

How is it realistic to call for a rematch to determine the champion when Floyd just won that fight by a clear margin, at the full division limit (no catch weights), and neither fighter has fought since?

Manny wants that fight because his fans want it. Floyd wants that fight because it's his biggest payday.

Bob Arum doesn't want it because win or lose, Pacquiao is likely to retire afterwards and get into politics. THAT'S the real reason it's not happening.

floyd wants that fight? wat. strange way to land your biggest payday by continuing to change your own demands. perhaps floyd has bi-polar disorder?

neither floyd or cotto are at the top of 154. cotto had a flimsy resume and floyd has had 1 fight there in the last 5 years. these rankings are the same as all others. popular guys at the top no matter what. rankings based on fantasy points. oh this guy looks so good! i'm gonna put him ahead of someone who's actually accomplished a lot more because i dont like his style. I like the style of fantasy boy who doens't fight anyone good! if hatton beats senchenko i bet he vaults to number 3 or some crap.

That's your opinion... doesn't change the fact that Floyd would be picked by the vast majority of people to beat anyone currently fighting in the 154lb division. He's a two time champion and a huge favorite in every fight against current fighters there. Hence the ranking.
