Comments Thread For: Danny Garcia is Enjoying Life In The Driver’s Seat

A year ago, Danny Garcia was merely viewed as a promising contender who may or may not have been ready for the best the 140 lb. division had to offer.

Today, he stands tall not just among the best but now the leader of the pack. Wins over Erik Morales and Amir Khan have dramatically changed public perception of the unbeaten Philly fighter, who is enjoying the view from his newfound role in the driver’s seat.

Yeah no ****. You get to fight Morales again even though the first fight wasn't even close.

The fight was much closer than the open score cards indicated. Morales will never get the credit he deserves. Last man to beat a primed Pacquiao in which Morales was clearly out of his. Came back and got robbed by Maidana, and in his last defeat against Garcia he gave him his toughest fight to date in which Garcia couldn’t knock him out but knocked out Khan who is regarded as one of the best of this era… What a joke.

Still not sold 100 on DG, not that excited about this rematch but its not his fault that Morales excersised his rematch clause. Honestly, I would rather see danny knock Amir out again...if for nothing else to see Khan WALK IT OUT & watch him do DA STANKY LEG all at the same time.

This kid is way overrated and according to brother naz he walks around at 180 but drops 40 pounds to fight at 140...which only indicates his body will break down hella fast over the years..he's got brute power but the moment he fights someone who is more focused on outboxing him then to **** with him..he loses..guaranteed..Amir would've won that fight had he not decided to **** it out..why because skill wise amir beats danny, in terms of ****ing it out garcia beats amir..I also think Danny's fathers refusal to STFU will hurt his career if it hasn't already..I know the moment the old man gets to talking I tune out...

BULLSHlT.. the fight was even up until the knockdown in the 11th. Danny Garcia's face wouldn't have looked like ground beef if it was a one sided fight.
