So Bob Arum will only make the fight between Mares vs Donaire if Mares leaves GBP. I don't see that happening. I guess because Marquez left and Mosley left GBP just so they can get a shot at Pac. I don't think GBP will let Mares go.Comment

why would mares ever leave gbp, they've been doing nothing but good to him.... all the good fights are with gbp... just look at bradley, he cant even find an opponent lol..... after all the inhouse fights top rank was making, now its come back to bite them in the ass

Bradley...lol..hahaha...I called this one..he's lost his mind..you didn't legitimately beat pacquaio you aren't getting $10 million to fight..take what's given or sit at home.
I can see some legitimate reasons for disliking Arum but a ton of the hate hurled his way is just bullshh..folks act like GBP isn't just as bad if not worse than T.R. i've argued this point over and over with folks. The general perception is that because Oscar was a fighter himself..yeah he was..he's also a businessman..at least with Arum we know the evil, the issue at GBP is folks ignore the circle of arums within that company itself. Also it's like a damned pyramid scheme over there..you sign, you fight one of their guys and you become part owner (Must be giving up part of your purse for it or something)..Schaeffer to me is Bob Arum 2.0 with better media training. One thing I will say is no boxer under Top Rank as far as I can remember has retired broke..yet there are tons of fighters in GBP's stables who've been fighting for years that earn less than most of us do a year.Comment
