Sad thing was that Max Kellerman defended him and said after he spent time at Ruckers that he should be allowed back into boxing.

I said sad because Max defended him for the sucker punch and he ended up killing his brother. Max also defended allowing Butler to return to boxing.

Butler returned and was helped out by Max's brother Sam in between fights (even a place to live) and Butler returns the favor by killing his brother and setting his apartment on fire.

Foresenics showed that Sam was killed with a hammer to the head with his back to Butler while reading on the computer.

They always, at least here, offer bail but in the millions for someone so violent. But I dont know if Butler is going to fight the charges or not or clame mental illness (he was bi-polar I think).

He's definitely mentally ill.
