Comments Thread For: Lundy Wants Beltran Rematch on Broner-DeMarco Bill

When lightweight contender "Hammerin'" Hank Lundy caught wind that Raymundo Beltran was making an appearance on the most recent edition of BoxingScene's official audio show The Boxing Lab, the Philadelphia native couldn't resist the urge to call in and ask for a rematch. Beltran scored an upset victory against Lundy this past July when he pulled out a majority decision.

Bring on the rematch, the first fight was good, both fighters almost stopped each other. Not like Beltran has alot of options anyway (no name and dangerous). Whoever wins would be in line for the Broner-DeMarco winner, so why not?

Screw Lundy. Hes hopeless. But this is propably Beltran's only chance to get a fight. Doubt he will be on HBO tho since they rejected Broner-Beltran originally. Unless that was a lie. It's ****ed up and call me crazy but I wouldve given Beltran a better chance of beating Broner than DeMarco.

I wouldn't mind seeing it again either.

Lundy has problems, he thinks he beat himself. He's in denial. Beltran beat him and everyone saw it. Now he wants to talk himself out of being the loser. That trick never works. Let's just hope the new Lundy trains harder than the old one and doesn't have trouble making weight.
