I didn't watch the video but of course he's exaggerating. He'd be dead or near death if he didn't eat anything for three weeks.

He looked like he was being sarcastic at first but the way he looked down after he said that kinda hit me like he was being serious.

Anyway, whether he was being serious or not, who's really gonna be surprised if Rios misses weight or comes in looking like a ghost? The dude still looked like **** at 139 for the Abril weigh in. Idk how big he really is but I think it's more about his bad habits than anything.

If this dude misses weight, Arum better forget about this hype job. Nobody is gonna take him serious for sure.

People make it sound like he'll be coming in much stronger at 140.... but this dude still has to cut a lot of weight.
I remember hearing he came close to, if not at 150+ pounds for his fight against Anthony Peterson....
My point, I don't think he'll come in stronger and he'll still struggle to make weight.... not good against Alvarado

He must be afraid to fight at a higher weight class

Looking at the line for this fight.... pretty close.
They have Rios as a slight favorite at -115, Alvarado mirroring it on the plus side.
I'll wait to see if the line goes up...

He was being sarcastic but realistically we all know Rios isn't gonna be fighting at 140 for long, I say 3 fights at most at 140.

Yup he might prove us wrong but IMO it was a waste stopping at 140. We might not see a healthy Rios till 147 or 154. And at 154 he might be a bit small.

What is his walk around weight anyway?
