Well, the whole Arce thing sounds like a rumor while I think it was BScene had an article saying Rocky would fight Burgos, which sounded more of what's gonna actually happen.

yes Burgos does sound more reality. Here is what he/they posted last week. Not sure if you understand spanish.

OCT 3rd - "Según Fernando Beltrán de Zanfer Promotions, se esta viendo la posibilidad de concretar un pleito entre Jorge Arce(61-6-1, 46 KOs) y el recientemente coronado WBO súper featherweight champion Román Martínez(26-1-1, 16KOs) para el próximo 24 de noviembre."

OCT 7th - "Según una fuente el combate entre Jorge Arce vs. Rocky Martínez podría llevarse a cabo el próximo 1 de diciembre. La fuente dice que el propio Arce le notifico esta fecha."

Yea, I know spanish. Gimme a second to see if I find the Juan Carlos Burgos one unless you saw it already. Idk I can see Arce fighting at 130 (for whatever reason) cause he's a crazy **** but why would Martinez fight him? He gains nothing for beating a 122 lber. He will get a check but probably will lose credibility.

I hope for his sake and the fans' sake he fights Burgos. A fight I could see him winning as well.

Wait... Isn't Martinez with Top Rank and and Burgos is with GBP no? I guess unless they order a purse bid this fight won't happen.
