Who are some lower weight fighters who've been awarded 1mil+ paydays

Who are some fighters say 130, 135 MAX and below who have been awarded with a million dollar payday from a single fight?

I don't know for sure but I assume Donaire has gotten at least 1 or 2 mil+ paydays. Anyone else?

Do you believe lower weight classes should get paid the same amount as the guys at 147+?

Unfortunately the smaller guys aren't as marketable...

I've gotten in to so many arguments with people who say they can't watch a man the size of a 12 year old (Light weights and under) and take them seriously..I immediately bring up the Gatti-Ward trilogy..Corrales-Castillo Mayweather, Duran, etc..

Casuals want heavyweights..or atleast Middleweights and nothing less...luckily the WW division has some shine lately..hopefully the lower weights follow..they deserve more appreciation..

Great post. I agree, the lower weights do deserved more appreciation, they work just as hard as the bigger guys.

morales and barrera. I forget what it was, they did ok but underpaid for their trilogy relative to the entertainment they provide compared to fat ass heavyweights and the like.

Did Mayweather or Pac ever receive 1mil+ paydays during their runs below 135?

Nah Donaire doesn't make that much. I think his highest payday was 500k/600k against Montiel.

Pac probably made around a mil in the 2nd and 3rd Morales fights.
