I like the response about being denied a job. If that is the case though, why not have random urinalysis throughout training camp? I feel like boxing is a sport where everything is ass backwards.....

He obviously must have started to smoke after the tests, which makes it even more ridiculous. I smoke weed myself and don't really care about that he does it, but why start THEN?

One of the reasons I got behind that fight, besides being a JR fan myself, was because it was happening in Nevada and not Texas. I thought, OK, well they're finally going all in on JR and leaving the BS behind and making the Sergio fight on the up-and-up.

When I heard there was gonna be random urine testing, I felt even better about it. There must not have been any tests after the one in July, or whatever he was doing to circumvent the test didn't work on fight night.

Three time offender pays 10,000.00 and its distributed to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America that have youth boxing programs. Rules are rules and fighters should take the game seriously, still I don't find it very serious so the punishment should fit the crime. I would have no issue with it just getting fined, escalating on other every other positive test (1,3,5 or 2,4,6) maybe classes at some point or public service announcements if the guy is big enough.
