    Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. didn’t disclose that he had used or was using any substances, prescription or otherwise, prior to his Sept. 15 fight with middleweight champion Sergio Martinez, according to Keith Kizer, executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, who spoke to BoxingScene.com via email on Friday morning.
